MID Assessment Billing: 2010 Assessment bills were mailed out October 23, 2009. 1st Installment will become delinquent at 5:00 PM, December 21, 2009, at that time a 10% penalty will be added to the amount due. 2nd Installment will become delinquent at 5:00 PM, June 21, 2010, at that time a 5% penalty and $10.00 fee will be added to the amount due. Any assessment still unpaid on August 26, 2010 will have a lien placed on the property for the past due amount.
